Since this is an experiment I welcome all supplementary info, especially stuff that could save me from injury.
I am drinking close to 1.5 gallons of water a day. I have noticed that I need another quart than usual but it's a cardinal sin for me to allow myself to be dehydrated.

I'll come back to Ashevegas for baby birfs and weddings...hope I can catch you next time.Rachel Stricklandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06358584128618090530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3688617710292813426.post-80731697010429073602010-07-14T19:51:55.179-07:002010-07-14T19:51:55.179-07:00Fluids, Fluids, and more Fluids. Creatine is some great stuff, but it does something to the water left over in you muscles after you work out which helps reduce soreness this can lead to dehydration if your not paying attention to your bodies needs. This is old info haven't been in any kind of training for years but that was the law of the jungle when I was using the stuff. Also, I think they make different types now for high or low aerobic training may want to check that out too.
You probably already know this but thought I would give you a heads up just in case.

PS You ever coming back to visit Ash-vegas or what. The Bardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04203288278169989311noreply@blogger.com
